Role: Advising and second opinion of new construction retail

Second-opinion and analyses of market conditions, concepts and masterplan before construction of new buildings. The project included a big box grocery store and further 10-20 000 sqm commercial units. Strategy for leasing and guidelines in front of management phase concerning resources and organisation.
