Kungens Kurva

Role: Project leader, establishing preparation of land contracts.

Works with agreements between Huddinge municipality and land owner company KF Fastigheter in Kungens Kurva, south of Stockholm. The development project comprises a new urban district with 3,600 residentials, retail spaces, schools and more. The project will be covered by a new zoning plan. A nearby planned new tram way is part the financial agreement.
